Jessica Richardson
LMT, CMLDT, CYT
Jessica has been a dedicated yoga teacher since 2018, after earning her 200-hr certification from Panacea in Hallowell, Maine. She guides her students through a practice rooted in the 8 limbs of yoga and her teaching goes beyond movement, emphasizing mindfulness, breath, discipline, and inner awareness. Offering a wide range of class styles, she creates a grounded and supportive space where students can deepen both their physical practice and their personal understanding of yoga as a holistic lifestyle.
In addition to her work as a yoga teacher, Jessica attended the Downeast School of Massage and became a licensed massage therapist in 2020. Her bodywork practice complements her yoga instruction, allowing her to support clients in improving mobility, recovery, nervous system regulation, and overall well-being.
When she’s not teaching or practicing yoga, Jessica enjoys spending time with her partner Dan and their cat, Juniper. She feels most at home outdoors and spends as much time outside as possible, embracing nature as an extension of her spiritual and wellness practice.
Daniel Dale
Daniel Dale is a yoga instructor, licensed massage therapist and personal trainer. He studied health education at the University of Nebraska before completing his master's degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine in Denver, Colorado.
In 2009, Daniel began practicing yoga and became a licensed massage therapist. He believes the two blend perfectly together to help treat dysfunction of the body both from within through yoga and without with bodywork.
Daniel served as a combat medic in the United States Army from 2003 to 2009, including a deployment to Iraq in 2005. His medical training and military experience deepened his understanding of the human body.
While living Hindu monks in Denver, Daniel came to understand the concept of “living” and “dead” food - and how clean, local and natural foods can support vitality and wellness.
Daniel loves being outside in nature with his partner, Jessica. He tries to touch the ground every day, and can be found basking in sunbeams, and walking in the forest or by the water.
Daniel believes our bodies are a gift and our vessel in this life. It’s not about being the best, it’s about showing up, moving your body, and having fun.
